Con presentación del comediante Kenan Thompson se celebró ayer -6 de diciembre- en Barker Hangar en Santa Mónica (California, Estados Unidos) la gran fiesta de los People's Choice Awards 2022, premios relacionados con el mundo del entretenimiento -música, cine, televisión y deporte- que votó el gran público a través de VotePCA.com y Twitter.
Como gran triunfadora Taylor Swift con 3 trofeos, como artista femenina, álbum por Midnights y video por Anti-hero. Dos galardones para BTS, grupo y gira; Lizzo, canción del año por About damn time y el honorífico People's Champion; Selena Gomez, celebridad social y estrella de televisión en comedia; y la actriz Elizabeth Olsen, estrella de cine femenina y de cine de acción por la película Doctor Strange en el multiverso de la locura.
Bad Bunny partía con 7 con el mayor número de nominaciones, pero se quedó sin premio. También entre los favoritos estaba Harry Styles con 6 opciones, que se llevó finalmente la categoría de artista masculino del año.
