El 12 de enero de 2022 se estrena el video oficial dirigido por Sam Brown, con quien había colaborado con anterioridad para el gran éxito "Rolling in the deep". "Volver a colaborar juntos una década después fue nostálgico, cuanto menos. Grabamos este el día que salió 'Easy on me', había un millón de cosas sucediendo a la vez", comentó Adele.
