BURNITUP! es el segundo corte entre los incluidos en el undécimo álbum de estudio de Janet Jackson, Unbreakable (2015). Una canción con la colaboración de Missy Elliott.
"Trabajar con Janet es increíble. Aunque somos y hemos sido grandes amigas desde hace mucho tiempo, todavía soy su mayor fan", dice Missy Elliott. "A veces, todavía tengo que pellizcarme cuando la llamo y ella contesta al teléfono o me escribe, porque ella sigue siendo Janet Jackson! la superestrella por la que iba corriendo a encender la televisión y ver sus videos y movimientos de baile, así que para mí es un honor estar en cualquier álbum de Janet. Me siento honrada cada vez que ella me lo pide porque Janet me inspira y me seguirá inspirando, siempre!".

BURNITUP! es el tema con el que Janet abre los conciertos de su gira mundial UNBREAKABLE. La versión en estudio se estrena el 25 de septiembre de 2015, una semana antes del lanzamiento de la colección.
Con un vídeo con letra estrenado el 2 de octubre de 2015, el mismo día que se publica la colección.
