Solar power es el primer anticipo del tercer álbum (2021) de Lorde, al que además aporta el título. Una canción compuesta y producida junto a Jack Antonoff. Como coristas Phoebe Bridgers y Clairo.
Se anuncia como "un refrescante chapuzón de regreso a lo orgánico (...) es un himno ligero y veraniego inspirado en los legendarios compositores de canciones populares de los años 60 y 70 y el pop de principios de los 2000 (ver The Mamas & The Papas, Crosby, Stills & Nash meets TLC, Destiny's Child, All Santos)".
