Lies es la pista de apertura y primer single del álbum Unwanted de Pale Waves (2022). Una canción grabada en Los Ángeles con el productor Zakk Cervini (Blink-182, Halsey, Machine Gun Kelly).
"'Lies' trata de alguien que construyó mi confianza y la destruyó como una bola de demolición", comentó la líder Heather Baron-Gracie sobre el tema. "Causó algunos problemas reales de confianza, pero afortunadamente para mí esa persona ya no está en mi vida. ¡Una vez que me haces mal te vas!".
