Sobre el audiovisual, el líder de Shame, Charlie Steen, comentó: "La obsesión por uno mismo, la flagelación en las redes sociales y la muerte se pueden ver en esta actuación nominada al Oscar. Nadie ha hecho un video como este antes y cuando lo veas, verás por qué. Piensa en Casablanca, pero en color, y mejor".
