These days es el primer single de III, el primer álbum en formato trío de Take That.
Una canción producida por Greg Kurstin y que se anuncia como el hilo conductor del álbum: "un guiño al sonido que definió sus primeros años de la banda británica donde encontramos riffs de guitarra setenteros y voces que te contagiaran y harán que cantes antes de que la canción haya terminado. Este tema incorpora una mezcla de estilos y sonidos influenciados en sus tres últimos (anteriores) discos".
Con un videoclip estrenado el 31 de octubre de 2014.
