Anti-hero es la tercera pista y el single de enfoque del álbum Midnights de Taylor Swift (2022), quien comentó: "Esta canción realmente es una verdadera visita guiada a través de todas las cosas que tiendo a odiar de mí misma. Todos odiamos cosas sobre nosotros mismos". Compuesta y producida junto a Jack Antonoff. El video oficial -con guion y dirección de la propia artista- se estrena el 21 de octubre de 2022 coincidiendo con la salida del disco.
El 8 de noviembre de 2022 se lanza una versión con Bleachers, grupo liderado por Jack Antonoff, con la banda al completo: Mikey Tapes, Sean Hutchinson, Mike Riddleberger, Evan Smith y Zem Audu.

Debuta en el número 1 de la lista británica de singles, el segundo que consigue en su carrera, haciendo doblete junto al disco. Seis semanas consecutivas en lo más alto en UK, incluyendo otro doblete en la segunda.
Estados Unidos
Lidera de salida la Billboard Hot 100, el noveno número 1 para ella en esa clasificación, y también con doblete. Pasa ocho (incluidas las seis primeras) en lo más alto con hasta cinco dobletes, convirtiéndose en su número 1 más longevo en la Hot 100.
Primera posición en la lista anual de 2022 de Estados Unidos de canciones más vendidas en digital, con unas 436 mil unidades.
