Co-producido por Shellback y Struts, el tema abre con una guitarra acústica y su voz antes de entonar un monólogo consigo misma, que encierra la cuestión y la respuesta. Todo culmina con el gancho, "You're better off, I'm glad that he's gone". "Trata sobre la amistad y el amor", continúa. "Es la típica charla que le sueltas a tu amigo cuando ha roto.
