A ghost es el sexto corte y primer single del álbum 10 songs de Travis (2020).
Los antecedentes del tema vienen del sentimiento del vocalista Fran Healy de tener mucho por hacer a sus 46 años, después de haber dedicado los útimos a su hijo Clay de 14, con el deseo que tenía de "ser el padre que nunca tuvo". El chaval le anima a que vuelva a apostar fuerte por la banda. La letra va por ahí. Mirándose a sí mismo en el espejo y viéndose como un fantasma, y decidiendo pisar fuerte de nuevo. "Es como un reflejo que te habla y dice: 'Es más fácil estar vivo que ocultarse bajo tu almohada mientras tu vida pasa por delante'", comentó al NME.
Con un vídeo dibujado en lo que son los 3 primeros minutos por Fran, durante el aislamiento debido al confinamiento por la Covid-19. "4 semanas trabajando 17 horas al día... Cada 10 segundos son como 12 horas dibujando", comenta el músico. Clay grabó los últimos 47 segundos para ahorrar tiempo. Estreno 3 de junio de 2020.
