Ella explica: "cuando experimentas dolor de cualquier tipo, todo lo que quieres es que desaparezca. Pero, extrañamente, ese dolor es lo que te hace sentir como una persona real, así que cuando nada va mal pero tampoco va bien y estás en el medio, te sientes vacío. Y eso es casi peor. Sobre eso escribí esta canción".
