"'Forget me' es una canción que me llega al corazón y siento que es mi mejor canción. Trata de una ruptura por la que pasé y en la que, después de un año, el único contacto real que tenía con mi ex era ver su vida 'post-yo' en su Instagram. Estaba en un punto en el que me sentía bastante miserable y ella parecía estar avanzando y teniendo el mejor momento, prosperando, y yo lo odiaba. Me parecía injusto que ella pareciera feliz mientras yo estaba sufriendo, y temía que se hubiera olvidado de mí por completo, así que escribí una canción sobre ello".
Lanzamiento y estreno del video con letra el 9 de septiembre de 2022. El audiovisual oficial dirigido por Louis Bhose llega tres días después.
Debuta en el número 1 de la lista británica de singles.
