Lane: "Grabar 'Black widow' fue una experiencia emocionante, con Carla Azar y Matt Helders a la batería, junto con el resto de los músicos seleccionados Josh Homme. La sala palpitaba mientras seguíamos la letra sobre una araña viuda negra presumiblemente persiguiendo a su presa, un apodo fácilmente asociado a mujeres poderosas, que me pareció intrigante. Para mí, siempre ha sido más divertido seguir adelante".
