Ganadores y actuaciones de los MTV VMAs 2021

Con presentación de Doja Cat se celebró ayer -12 de septiembre- en el Barclays Center de Brooklyn (Nueva York, Estados Unidos) la fiesta de los MTV VMAs 2021, los premios que concede el canal de televisión en Estados Unidos. Justin Bieber partía como favorito con 7 candidaturas y se llevó las correspondientes a artista del año y mejor pop. Megan Thee Stallion tenía seis nominaciones y se quedó en blanco. Y la gran triunfadora fue Olivia Rodrigo que se llevó tres galardones: nuevo artista, y canción y push del año por Drivers license. El video del año fue para Lil Nas X con Montero (Call me by your name), que también se llevó los trofeos a mejor dirección y efectos especiales. También 3 premios para BTS: grupo, y mejor K-pop y Song of summer por Butter.
